Subject:- To conduct inquiry on favourtism and corruption under Prevention of Corruption Act on Oriental Bank of Commerce.
I have furnished valuable information on Core Healthcare Limited matter which was investigated by Anti Corruption Bureau through its officer Shri M M Patel .Some of the details of my earlier correspondence is annexed here with for review by you. But it is crystal clear that Anti Corruption Bureau has miserably failed to expose the collusion of Core Healthcare management with the bankers in the past.
I am giving primae facie information whereby you can conclude that there is collusion of Oriental Bank of Commerce with Span Medicals Limited ( subsidiary of Core Health care group). Span Medicals has sold the property located near Parimal Rly crossing and Doctor House admeasuring 3065 sqmeters around one month back.
It is necessary to collect following preliminary information from Hare Krishna Developers as under:-
1. Whether they have given advertisement for title clearance. If yes , when.

2. Copy of their correspondence with Oriental Bank of Commerce and Span Medicals Ltd.

4. Whether they have obtained loan from any bank to purchase this property.
हर्क्रिह्सना ने कोई बैंक के पसमे से लोन लिया है की नही और यह मिल्कत पे बोजा करवाया है की नही
5। It is necessary to immediately record the statement of Oriental Bank of Commerce and collect following information:- बैंक के पास से लिखित वीगत लेना जरुरी हैं
· Whether Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed the so called buyer HareKrishna Developers about the pending Civil Suit 5827 of 2001 as well as Lis Pendens document filed by the undersigned with the SubRegistrar of Documents. The Bank is alreadty aware of pending civil suit as well as Lis Pendens document.
बैंक ने हरेकृष्ण को हमारा दावा ५८२७/ २००१ के बरे और लिस पेंदेंस के बारे जानकारी दी थी की नही।
· Whether Oriental Bank of Commenrce has impleaded the undersigned in the proceedings of the SCA 1333 of 2005 filed by the Span Medicals Limited against them as the Bank took steps under Securitisation Act to take the possession of the property in January 2005.
बैंक ने सका १३३३/२००५ मैं जो दोकुमेंट्स फाइल किए है TO उसकी नोतारिसेद कॉपी और कोर्ट के स्टाम्प वाली कॉपी
बैंक का स्टेटमेंट की हमारा दावा पेंडिंग की जानकारी कोर्ट को दिया था की नहीं -
· Whether Oriental Bank of Commerce has taken steps to file objections in the demerger scheme proposed by Core Healthcare Limited in Company Petition 10 of 2006 especially when the attention has been drawn by the undersigned to them vide email to them in February 2006।
बैंक ने कंपनी पेतिशन १० /२००६ मैं उनका वंधा अर्जी दीया था की नहीं । उसका नोटरी कॉपी।
· Whether Oriental Bank of Commerce has taken steps to disclose the pending civil suit 5827 of 2001 as well as SCA 1333 of 2005 to SEBI at the time of public issue around March 2005 when it is mandatory to file the details so that the prospective investors are able to assess the risk of investment.
बैंक जब मार्च २००५ मैं पब्लिक इस्सुए लाया था TO उस मैं हमारा दावा ५८२७/२००१ की जानकारी दी थी,

· Whether Oriental Bank of Commerce has taken steps against the promoters of Core Healthcare on account of default of Rs 12.5 crore term loan from Global Trust Bank ( now Oriental Bank of Commerce) . If yes what action and the detailed particulars of cases filed in this regard.
बैंक ने करे हैल्थकरे के प्रोमोतेर्स पर लीगल एक्शन लिया हैं की नहीं उसकी पुरी केस वीगत की जानकारी - प्रोमोतेर्स सुशील हांडा , बिना हांडा
· Whether the Bank had advertised in newspapers inviting the offers from various parties who were looking forward in purchasing the property. If yes, then the necessary particulars of the newspaper cutting showing the advertisement.
बैंक ने फिनल प्लोत ७६८ /१० को बेचने के लिए गुजरात समाचार , दियवा भास्कर , तिमेस ऑफ़ इंडिया मैं जहेर्खाबर दे कर ऑफर मंगाया था -उसकी जानकारी
· Why the Bank had to give consent for disposal of the property around Rs 7 to Rs 8 crores especially when the bad debt was close to Rs 22 crores to Rs 25 crores।
बैंक ने यह मिल्कत सात /आठ करोड़ मैं बेचनी की पर्मिसशन क्यो दी जब कारज २२/२५ करोड़ था -उसका लिखित निवेदन
6. These are few pointers where by there is reason to believe and assert whereby one can conclude that Oriental Bank of Commerce as well as management of Span Medicals are hand in glove as well as in collusion with each other to grab the property, to dispose the property and see that the construction of the bunglow is demolished by the developer.
यह वीगत बैंक और कंपनी से मिलीभगत है क्योकि बैंक ने सपान के साथ मिलकर मिल्कत हड़प किया हैं और हरीकृष्ण को दे कर वसुलार्ट किया हैं और घर पुरा जमीं दोस्त कर दिया हैं।
7. whether the Bank had carried out due diligence exercise in detail before accepting the amalgamation of Rupanglam , Flovin with Span Medicals . If yes, then to collect the complete findings backed by documentary evidences as well as recording of the statements.

In case the replies of Oriental Bank of Commerce is unsatisfactory, it is necessary to take criminal action against Oriental Bank of Commerce and others under Prevention of Corruption Act forth with while sealing. attaching the referred suit property so that the investors in the scheme do not get harassed in future on account of case pending in the City Civil Court.
